Are you fed up of having to go
to your properties and change light bulbs, deal with
tradesmen when there is a leaky pipe, or faulty
washing machine, or repair any damage caused by
outgoing tenants. We can take the headache away
from you by being your point of contact for your
tenants (or yourself) to enable maintenance and
repairs to go ahead without giving you a headache.
We have two
levels of service:
Basic
Intermittent maintenance, ie the light bulbs,
emergency make safe, and liaison with yourself on
larger repair and maintenance issues.
Enhanced
A fixed sum is deposited with ourselves per year,
out of which we have authority to deal with any
outstanding issues and needs without bothering the
landlord (inspection of work, all receipts and proof
of works carried out available for audit).
Larger issues, or overspends referred to landlord
for approval.
Our services
